How does one become a Club T.E.C. participant?
- Referral from Marion County or Polk County ID/DD case manager.
- Referral from an ID/DD brokerage personal agent (PA).

What is the benefit of participating in Club T.E.C.?
- Club T.E.C. offers a variety of outing, events, and activities in the local area.
- Daily those participating in Club T.E.C. experience nature, explore historical sites, enjoy consumer opportunities and absorb learning moments.
- This is a place where trying new things is encouraged, being involved is a given and creating connections is on-going.
What are some of the favorite things of those participating in Club T.E.C.?
- A day at the beach.
- Cooking and baking classes.
- Going to local farms for seasonal events and produce picking.
- Enjoying state parks while eating lunch or taking a light hike.
- Keeping our section of road clean up in participation of Adopt a Street.
What are some of the in-house activities that occur at Club T.E.C.?
- Armchair travel exploring other cities, states, and countries.
- Classes in cooking, baking, ASL, safety, etc.
- Basic stretching, deep breathing and strengthening muscles.
- Enhancing knowledge in the areas of math, word recognition, following instructions, challenging attention/focus, etc.
- The challenge of a large piece puzzle.
